Returns

We at 3SCREEN hope you love your new purchase. If not, we will happily accept your return for a refund or an exchange, subject to the conditions below: 

  • Orders must be made at our official website. If you place the order on another platform, please contact their customer service for further help.
  • Products can be returned within 14 calendar days of the shipment receiving date, excluding Final Sale items. Returned items must be postmarked at the designated shipping facility within the 14 calendar days Return Period.
  • Item(s) must be return in original packaging. 
 

Any damage caused by individual factors, such as:

    (a) Products have been used, damaged, stained, or tainted including smell which would affect the ability to resell.

    (b) Products without all original components including plastic.

3SCREEN.CO and Ramibo Inc reserve the right to refuse any compromised items affected by the individual factors mentioned above. In some cases, 3SCREEN.CO and Ramibo Inc might charge a cleaning/restocking fee.

In the event that you make a purchase during a promotion where the total discount you received is dependent on the grand total cost of the order (Buy More, Save More Type Sales) and you wish to return an item(s), then the discount you qualified for is subjected to change to a lower discount as dictated by the promotion. The refund will then be recalculated accordingly to reflect promotional terms.

RETURN COST

Returns have a $30.00 CAD flat fee for domestic orders (USA & CANADA) if you choose to use our discounted label (does not include Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Hawaii, etc). You may also choose to ship through your preferred courier at your own expense.  

INTERNATIONAL ORDER RETURN POLICY

International customers shall be responsible for the shipping cost, as well as any duty and tax that occur when requesting return service. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer(tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

Before you return your order, please check your local customs and borders office and file a request to return your items.

3SCREEN.CO & Ramibo Inc are not legally authorized to do so on behalf of our international customers. Please file the request first before sending back your items.

REFUNDS

We appreciate your customer loyalty and will make sure we do whatever we can to make your experience a great one. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, the item(s) can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit (excluding restocking and shipping costs*). Please ensure your 3SCREEN is in unused condition with the original packaging still intact. If the returned item looks used, your request for a refund or store credit will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you. Please note, the return must be dropped off to the carrier within the 14-day period in order to be refunded.

We will submit your refund within 7 days of receiving your return, subject to the return policy requirements. You will then receive a confirmation email, and the refund will be made to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after we submit it.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected]. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Pack the item(s) in the original 3SCREEN packaging, with all components, apply the shipping label, and ship back to us within 14 days of your delivery date. Return and refund will no longer be accepted if you miss the return window.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or without using the return label provided by us will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING
Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error. A return label will be purchased for you and the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount. Please use the brown box that your package arrived in, or a box of the same size if necessary, or you may be responsible for additional shipping charges. All returns will be charged a $20CAD restocking fee per unit.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
